  • Do you have a showroom ?

    Yes, we do. We have an atmospheric showroom at Haagstraat 8 in Made (the Netherlands), where you can view our extensive collection of antique fireplaces, oak floors, natural stone flooring, and original terracotta tiles.
    We prefer to work by appointment, so we can offer you personal advice and a tailored tour.

  • Do you also have a workshop and storage facilities?

    Yes, we do. Our workshop and storage facilities are located at Kerkdijk 1a in Made (4921 XC, the Netherlands).
    In several warehouses, we store our reclaimed natural stone flooring, as well as a unique collection of antique fireplaces, garden ornaments, and architectural salvage.
    This location also houses our workshop, where we carefully and skilfully carry out the restoration of antique fireplaces and historic architectural elements.
    We are open on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00.

  • What about VAT?

    Private customers within the EU:
    If you are a private customer living in the European Union, we are required to apply the VAT rate of the country where the goods are delivered.
    For example: delivery to Spain = 21% VAT, delivery to Denmark = 25% VAT.

    Business customers within the EU:
    If you are a registered business within the EU and provide a valid VAT number, we can invoice you at 0% VAT under the intra-community supply rules (ICS).

    Customers outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, USA, Australia):
    If you are located outside the European Union, your purchase is exempt from VAT. This applies to both private customers and businesses, as the goods are exported outside the EU.

  • Do you also ship internationally?

    Yes, we offer worldwide shipping and provide a full-service DAP delivery.

    Within Europe, we deliver by truck, and for destinations outside Europe, we arrange sea freight or air freight, depending on your preferences and timeline.
    All deliveries are made DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning we take care of transport, customs formalities, and export documentation — you only handle local import duties or VAT (if applicable).

    We deliver to the curbside of your address, constructuoin site or warehouse.

  • Do you sell your antique fireplaces internationally ?

    Do you export to European countries?

    Yes, we deliver to all countries within Europe. For nearby destinations, we often use our own trucks. For longer distances or more remote addresses, we work with reliable professional carriers who ensure safe and timely delivery of our products to your home or construction site.

    How do you ship antique fireplaces and floors overseas, for example to Australia or the USA?

    For overseas destinations such as Australia, the United States, and Canada, we always ship by sea freight (container) or air freight, depending on the urgency and volume. We will always coordinate the preferred method with you in advance.

    Are your products properly packed for international transport?

    Yes, we manufacture our own crates and packaging in-house. This ensures that antique fireplaces, marble mantels, and other delicate items are securely packed and comply with international ISPM15 regulations for container transport.

    Is transport insurance included for valuable or fragile items?

    We often take out additional transport insurance for high-value or fragile items, such as antique marble fireplaces. Although rarely needed, it provides peace of mind — we have only had to make use of such insurance once in the past 15 years.

    Can I schedule the delivery time of my order?

    Absolutely. We always coordinate delivery times in close consultation with our customers. Whether by truck or sea container, we ensure that deliveries are scheduled clearly and conveniently in advance.

  • What is the difference between an antique chimneypiece and a fireplace surround?

    A chimneypiece is a full decorative structure, while a surround frames the firebox, often with simpler designs.
